Professional Event Planning & Coordinating Packages
The Platinum Package
All you need to do is.celebrate!
This worry-free package includes our assistance in all facets of coordinating & planning for your event ~ we're with you every step of the way!
We'll design the event & manage all the details ~ including attending meetings, travel*, telephone conversations, e-mail transmissions and representation of your needs & wishes ~ with all vendors, services & individuals.
Providing you with a Custom Event Design, Status Reports & confirmed Event Itineraries. your peace of mind is yours to keep!
When it comes to your Big Day.
Deborah & her staff will be on-hand to ensure your event is perfect & seamless.
Services include, yet are not limited to:
Attendance & Management of all event rehearsal activities & pre-event needs; Supervision & Synchronization of all event purveyors, staff & guest concerns; Achieve overall event success and attend to any post-event needs.
* Travel fees may be applied when event or meetings are
beyond 100 miles from La Grange, Texas.
The Gold Package
This package allows you to be more involved with the personal aspects of your event, while we handle BIG Picture.
A scaled-down version of the Platinum package. we'll help you design your event and be an integral part in managing the details to make it happen!
Including attending event related meetings, travel*, telephone conversations, e-mail transmissions and representation of your needs with certain** vendors, services & individuals. We'll provide you an Event Design, Status Reports & confirmed Event Itineraries.
When it comes to your Big Day.
Deborah & her staff will be on-hand to ensure your event is perfect & seamless.
Services include, yet are not limited to:
Attendance & Management of all event rehearsal activities & pre-event needs; Supervision & Synchronization of all event purveyors, staff & guest concerns; Achieve overall event success and attend to any post-event needs.
* Travel fees will be applied when event or meetings are beyond 50 miles from La Grange, Texas.
** Vendors include Venue Managers and/or Service Providers, Caterer, Florist, Photographer/Videographer & Entertainment.
The Silver Package
This package allows you to handle the entire event design & planning.
Upon 30-days prior to the event, you will provide us with your Event Design and let us take it from here! We'll tie-up those loose ends and handle any last minute dilemmas.
Our staff of professionals will manage and coordinate all vendors & services and provide you with confirmed Event Itineraries.
When it comes to your Big Day.
Deborah & her staff will be on-hand to ensure your event is perfect & seamless.
Services include, yet are not limited to:
Attendance & Management of all event rehearsal activities & pre-event needs; Supervision & Synchronization of all event purveyors, staff & guest concerns; Achieve overall event success and attend to any post-event needs.
*Travel fees will be applied when event or meetings are beyond 25 miles from
La Grange, Texas
**Additional fees will be applied at the rate of $125 per hour, if client provided arrangements are incomplete or are unfeasible ~ in order to ensure event success.
The Bronze Package
You make all the arrangements**.
Two weeks prior to the event you will provide us with your Event Design,
all vendors & service contact information and an Event Itinerary.
we'll take it from here to confirm your plans and let you ease into your event!
When it comes to your Big Day.
Deborah & her staff will be on-hand to ensure your event is perfect & seamless.
Services include, yet are not limited to:
Attendance & Management of all event rehearsal activities & pre-event needs; Supervision & Synchronization of all event purveyors, staff & guest concerns; Achieve overall event success and attend to any post-event needs.
* Plus travel fees.
**Additional fees will be applied at the rate of $125 per hour, if client provided arrangements are incomplete or are unfeasible ~ in order to ensure event success.
Since each of our weddings are significant & unique...
our Package pricing is tailored to accommodate
each bride's needs.
A non-refundable retainer is required on all packages
with the balance due 30-days prior to your event.
